1. Purpose

These Terms govern your access to and use of the charts, valuation percentiles, and related informational features (the “Service”) published on this site (the “Site”). By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Service description

The Site shows where major US sector and global region ETFs sit within their own historical price range, relative to the S&P 500, primarily in chart and table form. The Service is informational and educational, not a brokerage or advisory relationship. Data is sourced from third parties (including Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous. The Site may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell securities.

3. Disclaimer

All data and information on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. All investment decisions and their financial consequences are solely the responsibility of the individual user. See the Disclaimer page for the full statement.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, text, chart layouts, UI design, and original commentary on the Site are protected by copyright. You may view and temporarily cache content for personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, systematically download, resell, or publicly republish substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission. Ticker symbols, index names, and third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Amendments

We may update these Terms when we add features, change partners (such as advertising providers), or comply with new legal requirements. When we post a new effective date at the top of this page, the revised Terms apply to continued use of the Site. Your continued use after the new date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different process.
